Q. Is our credit card charged when we make reservations?
A. A credit card number will be required to guarantee your reservation with a deposit of one night of room & tax. In the event that you would not show up and you did not cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance you will not be refunded the deposit collected to guarantee your room.
Q. How does the FREE shuttle service to the attractions work?
A. We offer FREE scheduled transportation to the Walt Disney World® Theme Parks, Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure and Seas World. Departure and return times vary depending on the time of year. You will receive a shuttle schedule at time of check-in. If you are staying as part of a group, please call ahead to make arrangements for your group).
Q. Are tickets available at the hotel for the area attractions?
A. Our Guest Services desk in the hotel lobby is your source for all area attraction tickets, dinner show reservations, transportation (taxis, shuttles, and rental cars), casino cruises and more. Q. Does the hotel have laundry facilities?
A. There are coin-operated laundry facilities in multiple locations on our property. When checking in, please ask the front desk for the laundry room closest to your room.
Q. Is parking available at the property?
A. The hotel has FREE parking onsite. You will be issued a parking pass for your vehicle at check-in which should be hung on your mirror or displayed on the dash throughout your stay.
Q. How can we check e-mail while we are on vacation?
A. FREE wireless Internet access is available. We also have two Internet kiosks in our main lobby that guest can use for a charge.
Q. Does the property have cribs or Rollaways?
A. Cribs are available on a first-come-first-serve basis at no charge. Many of our rooms have sleeper sofas and Rollaways are not necessary. For non-sleeper sofa rooms, a limited number of Rollaways are available.
